Refund / Replacement Policy
- If you have not seen our products, please spend some time to learn more about our materials. These are handmade and so there will be slight variation in size, shape and color between each piece. They will not be considered as defect.
- In order to be eligible for a refund/replacement, please take a video while opening your parcel. Without unboxing video, we can not accept return / replacement request. You have to initiate the return process on the same day of the delivery and share the unboxing video, picture of damaged product to mailtodhiyasa@gmail.com. Also, the product should reach us within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way.
- The money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days from the date of receiving the returned materials.
