Palm leaf materials will be good for years. Can be washed with water. But make sure, it must be dried completely every wash.
Sola wood materials are non-washable and delicate. •They can be used 3 or 4 times up to one year. Always handle Sola wood materials gently. After every use, pack them in a box without applying much pressure on it. During shipping small pieces of sola materials usually fall off. But it will not spoil the look.
Most products in our are websites are eco-friendly. Synthetic materials are used hair accessories.

Shipping Charges are calculated based on products added to the cart.
We usually make décor products only after receiving order. So we take a week time to process and dispatch order. After dispatch, it will take around 5 days to deliver anywhere in India.
We ship products through DTDC Courier Service. Tracking link will be updated to you after we dispatch the parcel.
Those who wants International Shipping, you can share your Courier Person Address to us. We ship to their address directly.
Points to Remember for International Shipping

Our products are light in weight. So, logistics people charge based on dimension of the box. Generally, they check both actual weight and dimensional weight. Whichever is higher will be used to calculate shipping charge.
In most cases, USA shipping cost is almost equal to material cost.

If you have not seen our products, please spend some time to learn more about our materials (Sola wood/Palm Leaf). These are handmade and so there will be slight variation in size, shape and color between each piece. They will not be considered as defect.
In order to be eligible for a refund/replacement, please take a video while opening your parcel. Without unboxing video, we can not accept return / replacement request. You have to initiate the return process on the same day of the delivery and share the unboxing video, picture of damaged product to mailtodhiyasa@gmail.com. Also, the product should reach us within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, unused and undamaged in any way.
The money will be refunded to your account within 5 working days from the date of receiving the returned materials.
